Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be working on a variety of projects, from assisting customers with product inquiries to resolving complex issues. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions
  • Work on a variety of projects, from simple to complex, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Collaborate with our team of Mods to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
  • Follow written workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience, preferably in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a managed digital engagement services company

  • Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Experience working with a variety of clients and products
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 10 or above and quality headset
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
