Job Summary

As a Customer Support & Implementation Specialist, Payroll, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and implementation services to our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless implementation process. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized payroll solutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate implementation of payroll solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption of payroll solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or implementation roles, preferably in the payroll industry

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance) an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with payroll software and systems (e.g. ADP, Paychex)

  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance
  • Experience working with clients in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
