Earnings Potential
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $20.40 per hour. With a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes, you'll be able to earn a competitive income while working on your own schedule.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, working between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. This means you can choose the hours that suit you best, ensuring a perfect balance between work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support via phone, addressing questions and concerns related to bookkeeping software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software is required
- Demonstrating bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks
- Delivering high-quality customer service, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor
- Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Strong ownership of customer issues, taking control of the situation and providing confident resolution
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping software
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other related tasks
- Customer service experience, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Tech-savviness, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Important Information
Please note the following:
- This program is only available to contractors residing in the United States, except California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington.
- Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship, with you remaining an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment.
- arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.
