As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, while supporting other departments in data-related tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting data into our company databases and systems, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and well-organized.
  • Updating and maintaining records for customer or client-related data, while adhering to strict confidentiality and integrity protocols.
  • Performing regular data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors in the data.
  • Communicating with internal departments to gather or clarify required information, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, adhering to all organizational protocols and policies for data handling.
  • Organizing and preparing files and documents for data entry, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
  • Assisting in generating reports and summaries based on entered data, providing valuable insights and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Following all organizational protocols and policies for data handling, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal departments.
  • Previous data entry experience is an advantage, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and technology systems, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify errors in data, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
