Your Role at arenaflex
As a Customer Success Associate on our Borrower Success Team, you'll play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Engage with borrowers via email and live chat, providing empathetic and clear communication
- Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Proactively suggest and implement ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving process improvements and innovation
- Collaborate with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals, aligning with our social mission
- Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings, enhancing the borrower experience
Reporting Structure
This position will report directly to the Head of Borrower Success, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the leadership team.
Recommended Experience
We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Passion for applying talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue is a must.
