Job Summary
Our Customer Lending Representatives are the heartbeat of arenaflex's sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and building rapport with prospective customers. Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Lending Representative - Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Handling 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers and building rapport quickly.
- Verifying information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry.
- Identifying customer's goals and objectives.
- Sending quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve sales processes.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience required.
- 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience required.
- Ability to handle high volume phone calls and various rebuttals required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, Bilingual a plus.
- Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills required.
- High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
Base pay is one part of our total compensation package for Customer Lending Representatives. The base hourly rate for this role is $17/hour; in addition to a monthly bonus incentive. arenaflex also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision, and a generous paid time off policy.
