Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service
+ Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel-related inquiries + Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities + Address questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Booking Assistance
+ Support clients in navigating booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services + Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences + Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients
Administrative Support
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments + Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed + Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support

Requirements
