Key Responsibilities

As a Remote/Office Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Conduct data entry of production and inventory documentation into our database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform regular data updates and maintain database integrity, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-checking with source documents, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and reliable
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files as needed, ensuring that all documents are easily accessible and secure
  • Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members, working collaboratively to resolve any problems
  • Assist with generating reports and analyzing data trends as required, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data and information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field, with a strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Familiarity with database management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in the aerospace industry or knowledge of rotor blade production, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Technical knowledge or background in engineering or manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and systems
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems
