- Data Entry with Precision and Efficiency: Execute data entry tasks with a focus on precision and efficiency, meeting or exceeding the minimum typing speed requirement of 40 WPM.
- Manual Setup of Organizations and User Profiles: Facilitate the manual setup of organizations and user profiles as part of the application migration process, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to clients.
- End-User Support: Provide support to end-users by establishing organization and user credentials, ensuring that they have a smooth transition to the new application system.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless transition for clients to the new application system, and communicate effectively with end-users to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Flexible Shift Options: Adapt to project needs with flexible shift options available, including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST), to ensure that you can work at a time that suits your schedule and preferences.
Required Skills
To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will need to possess the following skills:
