Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success & Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week). As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring student success. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success & Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Success: Ensure student success by providing timely and effective support, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

3+ years of successful sales and/or customer service experience

with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills and professionalism
