About the Role
As a Customer Solutions/Support Engineer – Azure Infrastructure at arenaflex, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure technologies to provide exceptional architecture advising, consulting, and support. You will work directly with our diverse clientele to drive solutions and resolve complex technological challenges. This role requires strong presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence client decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions.
- Engage with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to design and implement robust solutions.
- Conduct architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework.
- Interface with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments.
- Advise clients on strategic decisions and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations.
- Confidently present complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support.
- Solve advanced technical issues and deliver training for Microsoft enterprise software products.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting.
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
- A strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
- Advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) which are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.
- Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
