You'll be the face of our organization, handling high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, and answering questions on previously reported claims. Key Responsibilities:

As a Claims Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Answering high-volume incoming calls and providing written communication for all lines of business for policyholders, agents, and strategic accounts
  • Processing transactions for multiple lines of business, systems, and products
  • Utilizing multiple computer applications to efficiently manage claims and customer information
  • Actively participating in department initiatives and goals to drive business growth and improvement
  • Maintaining customer service metrics on call volume, quality of call, and attendance

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking experienced customer service professionals who possess the following qualities:

  • 2+ years of customer call center experience working with liability or auto claims
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a metric-driven environment
  • Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly rate: $20-$23 per hour
  • Shift: First shift (7 AM - 5 PM)
