Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our call center banking team as a Customer Service Bank Specialist (CRC Specialist). As a CRC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to our internal and external customers, working closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Bank Specialist (CRC Specialist) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and online chat
  • Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, answering questions, and processing requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support, with a focus on first call resolution and speed of response
  • Maintaining ongoing customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our systems
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Bank Specialist (CRC Specialist) at arenaflex, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of related banking and customer service support experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally using various communication channels
  • Ability to listen, receive, and understand messages conveyed by others, and to speak clearly and succinctly
  • Service-focused mindset, with a commitment to maintaining ongoing customer relationships
  • Ability to maintain composure in challenging interpersonal situations
  • Strong analytical thought process, with the ability to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong personal computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a focus on attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and email etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of banking products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
