Key Responsibilities
As an office clerk/data entry professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering daily work orders into our systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Report Assembly and Reconciliation: Assembling and reconciling reports, ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
- Clerical Duties: Performing various clerical tasks, such as filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Communication: Maintaining excellent communication with various departments, ensuring that all teams are informed and up-to-date on relevant information.
- Other Duties: Performing other duties as assigned by management, including special projects and tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Organizational and Prioritization Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Data Entry Experience: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
- Office Clerk Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of office administration and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various departments and teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Microsoft Excel Experience: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions.
- Recycling Experience: Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives, although not necessary, is a plus.
Physical Demands

Schedule

Ability to Commute/Relocate
