Key Responsibilities
As a Life Customer Service Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely support to our policyholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on life insurance products and services
- Processing customer transactions and updates, including policy changes and claims
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the life insurance industry
