Job Responsibilities
As a customer service/case processor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
- Logging detailed notes into our company software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Making daily inbound and outbound calls to customers, updating them on the status of their cases and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining electronic customer records, including contact details, issues, and resolutions, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Updating billing information and analyzing progress to improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in regular staff meetings, trainings, and reporting on any customer issues to ensure that our team is always informed and equipped to handle complex situations
- Assisting team members when needed, providing support and guidance to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
- Resolving complaints and customer problems in an efficient and friendly manner, using effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

+ Ability to work in an office environment (this is not a remote position) + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to comfortably sit for long periods of time + Attention to detail + Strong interpersonal skills + Strong organizational skills + Computer proficiency + Problem-solving ability + Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate customer issues + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines + Bilingual (Spanish and Russian required)

Compensation and Perks
As a customer service/case processor at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Shift and Schedule
As a customer service/case processor at arenaflex, you'll work a standard 8-hour shift, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling. Our day shift is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
