The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, responsible for the transformation and innovation of our VOC methodology. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data science, product development, and customer experience, driving business outcomes and shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with utility teams to outline, design, and implement commercial business needs
• Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
• Providing guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data visualization
• Experience with data transformation, data quality, and data governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure

• Familiarity with data science tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in data analysis
• Experience with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
