Job Overview

You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our members via chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Providing effective troubleshooting for account, billing, and streaming issues to ensure a seamless user experience
• Guiding members through arenaflex's features and ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our services
• Documenting and tracking customer interactions using internal systems to maintain accurate records
• Collaborating with team members to solve problems and suggest service improvements to enhance the overall member experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Residency: You must be based in the United States
• Education: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience:

+ 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or a related field (preferred) + Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus)

• Skills:

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills + Problem-solving and multitasking abilities + Empathy and patience when addressing customer concerns + Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
