Your Role in arenaflex's Mission

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers navigate arenaflex's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
• Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide personalized support and guidance
• Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs to ensure seamless processing
• Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team and improve borrower outcomes
• Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
• Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings that meet the evolving needs of our borrowers

Recommended Experience and Qualifications

We're seeking a talented individual with at least one year of relevant work experience in customer support, finance, government programs, or a related field. Experience with start-ups, fintech, or financial aid is a plus. We're excited to work with teammates who are passionate about applying their talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major social issue of our time.
