Responsibilities As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Expert, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns * Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our clients * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations in the industry Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!) * Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously * A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment * Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results Requirements To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment * Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed * Able to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in our products and services * Flexible scheduling after completion of training, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts and schedules * Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with opportunities to increase your hours as needed * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above * Positive and professional demeanor, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results Benefits As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Expert at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Comprehensive training programs, designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge in our products and services * Flexible scheduling, with opportunities to work a variety of shifts and schedules * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Opportunities for career growth and advancement, with a focus on developing your skills and knowledge in the industry * A fun and supportive work environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration * Access to our state-of-the-art facility, including an onsite dining facility, fitness center, and medical center * Opportunities to participate in sports and social leagues, as well as volunteering initiatives through our Associate Foundation Why join arenaflex?
