Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As the initial point of contact for current and prospective clients, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our center. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships

  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders
  • Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the arenaflex center
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services, enabling you to provide expert advice and consultation to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, improve processes, and drive business growth

Ideal Qualifications

* 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) is an asset
  • Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with a proven ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent listening and organization skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more)
  • Ability to work under pressure to output high-volume, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Essential Skills and Competencies

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building long-term relationships

Compensation and Benefits
