Experienced Data Entry Technician – Remote Customs Brokerage Support

Job Summary
As a Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Customs Brokerage team by ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our team to identify customs documentation, transpose customs declaration information, and verify documents for import customs purposes. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Understand and identify customs documentation
- Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
- Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
- Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
- Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Qualifications
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)
- Effective interpersonal skills, including:
+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient computer skills, including:
+ Solid data entry with high accuracy rate + Email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
- Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
