Responsibilities
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in arenaflex's products and services through effective communication and relationship-building
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image, both online and offline
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online setting
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and communication styles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
