Responsibilities of the Customer Development Representative:

Identify Opportunities:

Assist existing clients by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services, products, and solutions, leveraging their current partnership with arenaflex.

Develop Strategies:

Collaborate with the Customer Service team to develop strategies to further develop our market share and drive business growth.

Presentations and Sales:

Conduct presentation meetings with potential clients as needed, and achieve a minimum of 80 activities per week, including 8 Facility Needs Analysis meetings, 3 presentations, and 1 sale.

Achieve Sales Goals:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with uncapped monthly commissions and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Required:

A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.

Proficiency with Mobile Technology:

Proficiency with mobile technology, including smartphones and tablets.

Microsoft Office Suite:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

CRM:

Proficiency with CRM software and data management devices.

Outside Sales Experience:

Outside business-to-business sales or route sales experience is preferred.
