Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in helping individuals navigate their healthcare plans and providing them with the support they need to make informed decisions about their health. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a home-based remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information about healthcare plans, including coverage, benefits, and eligibility
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Required Capabilities

* 1-year experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a home-based remote environment with minimal distractions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information
