Experienced Customer Service Representative – Flexible Work Schedule Options Available

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service to Fortune 500 companies. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, helping customers with their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule:

We offer flexible work schedule options to accommodate your needs. You can choose to work during our available time slots, which include weekdays and daytime hours. You will have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Earnings & Revenue:

As an independent contractor, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, depending on your performance and the client you are working with. You will also have access to additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: You will be responsible for communicating with customers in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven track record in customer service: You will need to have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer care and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keen attention to detail: You will need to be able to pay close attention to detail and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor: You will need to be able to communicate with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner, while also maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset: You will need to be self-motivated and proactive in your work, with a resourceful mindset to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using technology: You will need to be proficient in using computer applications and software, including our proprietary technology platform.

Technology & Equipment Requirements:

To perform this role, you will need to have the following technology and equipment:

  • Quiet and secure work environment: You will need to have a quiet and secure work environment during working hours.
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You will need to have a personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM, as well as a wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed: You will need to have high-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11: You will need to have an operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11, although some clients may accept AppleOS.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You will need to have valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your computer.
  • Smart phone, Android tablet or iPad: You will need to have a smart phone, Android tablet or iPad, as well as an authentication app.

Work Environment Requirements:

To perform this role, you will need to have the following work environment:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted space: You will need to have a quiet and uninterrupted space to work in.
  • Organized desk area: You will need to have an organized desk area to work in.

Important Information:

* Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment.

  • Location Requirements: We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
