Role Description:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving their inquiries, and providing personalized support. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you an ideal fit for our team. Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized support
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers and drive business growth

* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends)

Essential Qualifications:
* Relevant P&C insurance license (candidates must have and maintain this license)
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
