Job Summary

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our strategic sourcing team, responsible for identifying and engaging with top-tier service providers to meet our organization's needs. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate risks. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and relationship-building expertise.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to meet arenaflex's needs for professional services, including consulting, advisory, financial, tax, audit, data subscriptions, translations, temporary workers, and managed services.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executives, procurement teams, and service providers.
• Leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute RFPs, RFIs, and other sourcing initiatives.
• Analyzing bids and proposals to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with service providers, using strategic sourcing methodologies to drive value.
• Managing post-award administration, including contract execution, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement performance control applications that focus on quality, responsiveness, and cost.
• Ensuring compliance with arenaflex's sourcing and procurement regulations and quality practices.
• Communicating and documenting the status of important external relationships that impact planning and decision-making.
• Analyzing market trends and conditions that affect internal stakeholders and external providers, and identifying opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
• Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing and procurement best practices.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services sourcing.
• Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Internal client awareness and ability to work in various environments.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and complexity.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, basic legal terms and conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions.
• Proven experience working with the legal department on boilerplate revisions to terms and conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services.

• Professional services sourcing history is a plus.
• Consulting/advisory history is a plus.
