Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service / Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support through live chat. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' overall experience with arenaflex, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information. - Provide top-notch support by resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher - Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher - Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less - Live Chat Response Time: 30 seconds or less
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
