Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced data analysis methods to drive business decisions. You will work with large-scale, high-layered data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform our content strategy, marketing efforts, and delivery system. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to drive business decisions

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform securing decisions
• Develop and implement content launch and episode release strategies
• Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate key findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI procedures: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
