Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to bank customers and prospective customers, promoting our client's brand and services
  • Solve problems for bank customers and promote card benefits, using your expertise to enhance the value of our card to our clients
  • Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate emotional situations using our elevation process to meet customer needs
  • Make customer-focused decisions to deliver expert customer experiences, with a smile
  • Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day-to-day work to provide seamless customer support

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with experience in contact center environments a plus
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English, which will be confirmed by an assessment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
