Job Summary

As an Experienced Virtual Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in navigating the arenaflex platform, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on order-related matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt issue resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer support skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and issue escalation rates

Key Qualifications

* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management

• Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using online platforms, software applications, and tools, with a strong understanding of technical issues and troubleshooting techniques
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with arenaflex Platform: Familiarity with the arenaflex platform, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements

• Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages spoken by arenaflex's customer base
• Certifications and Training: Relevant certifications, training, or education in customer service, customer support, or a related field
• Experience with CRM Software: Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce, Zendesk, or other customer relationship management tools
