Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, pleasant, and expert way
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information and assistance to customers regarding flights, fares, and travel arrangements
- Processing customer transactions, including ticket sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
- Adhering to arenaflex policies, procedures, and performance standards
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- The ability to pass FAA background checks and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet arenaflex and safety requirements
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others to achieve common goals
