Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner
• Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Empathizing with customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
• Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met
• Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs)

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and chat platforms

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-commerce environment

• Knowledge of fashion industry trends and brands
• Familiarity with arenaflex's Nuuly platform and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
