Job Summary
As a Remote Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You'll also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
- Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records
- Working closely with other team members and departments to achieve company goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Strong written communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers via live chat, providing clear and concise information.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously: You'll need to be able to handle multiple conversations at once, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and typing quickly and accurately.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection: You'll need a stable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays: You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must reside in the State of Georgia: This role is only open to candidates located in the State of Georgia.
