Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Benefits Administration & Compliance

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our economic advantages crew, where you'll administer retirement plans, identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and support our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the daily administration of the 401(k) plan and other plans, working with the crew to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, and supporting our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial wellbeing of our associates and providing them with the tools and resources needed to reach their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Administer retirement plans, including the 401(k) plan, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations

• Work with the crew to identify opportunities to improve and streamline our processes, simplify, and streamline our approaches
• Support our associates in understanding and engaging with their financial benefits, including providing education and training on plan design and implementation
• Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) by researching and benchmarking new TPAs and business partners, providing analytical support and recommendations to senior management, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
• Manage digital eligibility files and discrepancies for all benefits plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Develop and implement business solutions, including building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and determining and implementing necessary strategies and practices
• Model compliance with arenaflex guidelines and standards, supporting business venture, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills, with experience working with big data sets and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior leadership, TPAs, and other stakeholders
• Experience with project management, including data analysis, market research, and benefits program design
• Familiarity with 401(k) plans or other retirement plans
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, data entry, or a related field
• Experience with benefits software, including plan design and implementation
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to benefits administration
• Experience working with TPAs and other third-party administrators
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for on-site visits and audits
