Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
- Analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions

- Is proficient in using Google Sheets or has the ability to perform data analysis
- Excels in both individual and team-based work environments
- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office setting
