Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and exceptional service through inbound calls
• Utilizing probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you in your role
• Working with leading technologies and systems to deliver high-quality customer service
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr

• 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications:

To be successful as an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
• A driven attitude, focused on solving problems and meeting goals
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and sales
• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements to Work from Home:

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
• Excellent Internet connectivity:

+ Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!) + In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates

• Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
• A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
