Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. You'll work independently with little to no supervision, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve customer issues and provide excellent service. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

  • Communicate with patients and medical professionals to schedule appointments and obtain necessary patient information
  • Work independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
  • Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure excellent customer service
  • Adapt quickly to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • Think critically and make sound decisions to resolve customer issues
  • Work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Proficiency in using a PC with Windows 10 or above, internet connection, and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes and modifications in the call center environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a 40-hour shift, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules as needed

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Experience working with patients and medical professionals
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
