Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center

We're now seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team.

Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, while also meeting or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and speaking with 40-50 individuals per day
- Multitasking while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
- Achieving or exceeding monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts appropriately
- Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other projects as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT problems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Competitive and results-driven, with a focus on meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, with a quiet distraction-free space to work
- Reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
- High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
- Reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30)
- Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused
- 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Hours of Operation
Our full-time schedule is 40 hours per week, with the following hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
