Customer Service & Operations Associate – Join arenaflex in Revolutionizing Retirement Savings
At arenaflex, we're on a mission to transform the $20 trillion retirement savings market with innovative products, cutting-edge technology, and a world-class team. As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of retirement savings, ensuring they have a seamless experience with us and achieve their long-term financial goals.
About arenaflex
arenaflex is a pioneering company that's tackling critical problems in the retirement savings market. We're passionate about modernizing the $1 trillion in retirement account transfers that happen annually, currently involving manual, paper-based processes. By doing so, we're empowering the almost 20 million Americans who change jobs each year with a 401(k) to make informed decisions about their assets, rather than losing them to fees and taxes. Our journey has been marked by significant milestones, including raising $35 million from leading venture capital investors like RRE Ventures, Canapi Ventures, Greycroft, and others. We've also been recognized as one of TIME's 100 Best Inventions and by Forbes as one of the Top 50 Fintech Companies in the US.
