Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Providing first-point-of-contact support for general customer inquiries, including pricing, products, scheduling, and more.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
  • Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
  • Performing a range of Customer Service support tasks, including analyzing abnormalities and identifying causes and remedies.
  • Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of invoices.
  • Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices to customers.
  • Scanning and emailing invoices to customers as needed.
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and accounting principles.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with VPN systems and remote work.
