The Role

As a live chat assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inquiries with precision and care via live chat and email. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service while working from anywhere in the world, especially if you're in the United States. With full training provided, no previous experience is needed. You'll be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, including:

  • Answering customer questions
  • Providing sales links
  • Offering discounts
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary

Key Responsibilities:
