Program Overview
Our program is designed to provide a unique opportunity for Service Providers (SPs) to work with us on a flexible schedule, choosing their own hours to meet the required minimum of 30 hours per week. The program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer support during the peak tax season.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch support to customers via phone, chat, and email
- Resolving complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and tax season changes to provide accurate information to customers
- Meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts (preferably)
