Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our global help desk operations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our help partner teams (BPOs) to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement quality monitoring projects, and drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement quality monitoring projects to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with help partner teams (BPOs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with help partner teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Perform business audits with help partner groups to ensure compliance with arenaflex standards and processes
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, business administration, operations research)

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer experience, operations, or analytics role, with a focus on quality monitoring and process improvement
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and improving customer satisfaction through data-driven insights and process enhancements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, business administration, operations research)

  • Experience working in a help desk or customer experience operations role, with a focus on quality monitoring and process improvement
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management)
  • Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel)
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or experience working in the food delivery or logistics industry
