Role Overview

As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our Fortune 500 clients via inbound calls, chat, and email. You will be responsible for helping customers with various inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with customers, understand their concerns, and provide tailored support that exceeds their expectations.

Schedule and Flexibility
