Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing customer wait times
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards and values
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback, using this information to improve our support processes and services

* Average response time to customer inquiries

  • Customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT)
  • First contact resolution (FCR) rates
  • Escalation rates and resolution times

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering timely and accurate support to customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in typing and using live chat platforms, with experience in software applications such as [arenaflex's] live chat platform
