Job Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, resolve customer complaints, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional service

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial team when necessary
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing changes to enhance customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) is an asset
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, preferably in a contact center environment

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field (e.g., CCNA, CSCP)
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, products, and best practices
