Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Strategic Planning and Application Development (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving strategic planning and application development across our Pharmacy & Retail Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collecting, summarizing statistics, and providing evaluation to inform strategic planning and application development
• Maintaining a deep understanding of enterprise tactics and practices related to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations
• Providing complex evaluation of corresponding statistics to build a business case for system and operational technique changes, enhancements, and improvements
• Serving as an operational liaison for various projects to drive task execution and communicate relevant task information to stakeholders
• Collecting, analyzing, making unique recommendations, and providing data pertaining to proposed applications to meet the business and strategic needs of Pharmacy & Retail Operations and the company
• Managing complex ad-hoc tasks and analyses as needed
• Collaborating with Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, system improvement teams, and others to develop operational solutions
• Coaching, mentoring, guiding, and providing oversight to less senior Business Analysts

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify problems, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions

• At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)
• Experience in identifying operational problems and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and issues
• Experience in communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word (e.g., placing headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns)
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., using the SUM function, placing borders, placing column width, placing charts, using text wrap, sorting, placing headers and footers, and/or print scaling)
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., using a template, formatting individual spacing, placing a picture, converting slide format and template colors, including transitions, customizing slide numbers, converting chart format, and/or formatting font)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's Degree or MBA

• Retail Pharmacy Experience
