Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including registering sales, collecting cash, and dispensing change
- Maintain accurate records and data, including patient and medication information, using arenaflex's pharmacy systems
- Assist pharmacists with tasks such as entering patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and checking for potential interactions
- Perform administrative tasks, including processing manual cases for external program remedy services and handling calls that do not require individual attention from the pharmacist
- Support the pharmacy division with stock management activities, including ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for store appearance and condition
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, including experience with pharmacy systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and data
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and software, including pharmacy management systems and data entry tools
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) or equivalent
- Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
- Experience with stock control and inventory management
